Style 01 · Everyday Favourite

Lever / Lever

The most common and intuitive choice for double glazed doors, a lever on both the inside and the outside. Operate the latch and engage the multi-point lock simply by pushing the lever up or down.

Style 02 · Added Security

Lever / Pad

An added layer of security and control from the outside. A standard lever for exit on the inside, with a fixed "pad" or independent lever outside, so entry from outside requires a key, even if the door isn't fully locked.

Common Questions

Good to know

Why might my current double glazed door handle feel loose or wobbly?

A loose handle usually indicates internal wear or loose fixings that have worked free over time.

Our handles, supplied with new doors, provide a fresh, robust mechanism, and we can advise on replacements for existing doors too.

Yes. We supply handles built to work with anti-snap cylinders and high-security multi-point locks, which address the most common forced-entry method. The handle, cylinder and lock are matched so the whole door performs as one secure system.

In most cases, yes. Our finishes are co-ordinated across the range, so handles, knockers and letterplates can share the same colour and texture. Bring us the finish you already have and we will match the new hardware to it.

Quality hardware is designed to cope with normal seasonal movement, so a small change in feel through very hot or cold spells is usually nothing to worry about. If a handle becomes stiff or the door drops, it often just needs a hinge or keep adjustment, which we can carry out.

A sprung handle uses an internal spring to return the lever cleanly to the horizontal after each use. This prevents the lever from drooping over time and reduces strain on the lock mechanism, giving a crisp action and a longer service life.
